As I understand it, the robo-call from this number left on my answering machine, is a false pretense and impersonation of a govt agency, the IRS. Lucky for them they were 'smart' enough to talk over my recorded message and left no clear evidence other than "case file" and the number to call back. Clearly illegal. I have saved the message.
