Got a call from this #, smug jerk asked for me by name "Mr. xxx?"
I answered with "Who is calling?" and he repeated "Is this Mr. xxx?"
I asked "Who is calling?" again and he replied "You haven't answered my question."
At which point I hit him with the air horn. At least with live callers you can do that and even if filtering makes it moot it's still the thought that counts, lol.
And if anyone knows who's behind the calls from this number, and especially any physical addresses, please let us all know.
I suspect it's related to the slew of robocalls that come up as "DELIVERY NOTIFICATION" of which I've had a bunch at certain times and this call came it at around the usual time, so somehow they determined I'd be likely to be home, which is apparently what those hangup-type calls are trying to figure out. But I'm not sure.
In any case I'm for calling in drone strikes on these call centers, wherever they may be. Hellfire missiles ought to do the job and whoever makes that call will be a hero.
I got a call from the same number asking for my husband. I replied that I was his wife, he said "so that means he's not there" and he hung up. What a smart a**.
caller said he was in air conditioning. When confronted wth the do not call list-he repled it is not the holy grail. Said h would add me to the have a nice day list.
