This number keeps calling 2 to 3 times a day. how can you stop them

Hangs up on the 3rd ring. Doesn't leave a message.

I've been getting phone calls from this number, was trying to see who it was registered too. How they got my number I wouldn't know, I've been getting phone calls from Birmingham alot especially since my best friend died.So didn't think much of it.Phone would ring 1 time then hang up and yesterday it rang three times I was assuming the machine got it.Wonder how they get their numbers to call, since I live about 2 and a half hours away from Birmingham.

Caller ID indicates "Tuscaloosa, AL." Hung up when the answering machine picked up.
