I looked it up, and there actually is a collections agency called "Core Resolutions" based out of Atlanta, Georgia. But the 205 area code is from the Birmingham area of Alabama. Don't know if they have an office there, not interested enough to research further.
Yes, you are right about that; however, my fiance is dealing with them right now and they are calming to be out of Jacksonville Fl address 1301 RIVERPLACE BLVD, when I looked it up this building is for sale. Now he did make a payment plan with them and they sent him and email because he requested it and what I found out is that they are using this company's name but if you look closely you will see the logos are different.
These people have called me relentlessly. I figured it was a scam, so today I called them back. The woman said she was from crs and was trying to get info from me about 2 payday loans from years back. When I told her I'd never heard of oakwood services, the apparent company I owe money too, she began to get belligerent with me. She was loud and obnoxious and finally got so flustered, she hung up.
