A fraudulent company called stating that they were collecting on a payday loan that I never took out and would sue me, etc...(threats that they can not do)....Once I researched the "Check Enforcement Services" company, it was obviously a fake site on the web that was only created a few days ago, no real link of a real company. The so-called company they were collected for, Payday Loan Yes, is also fraudulent. Dont pay a dime. They are just going to rip you off. They actually had info on an old checking account I had too. Unsettling to say the least. Dont offer any new info and report.
