This guy claimed he works for World Health Organization and owns a property in Southwood Tallahassee Florida that he wanted to be leased (3622 Biltmore Ave 32311). He is using this email as well [email protected] to communicate. He made a very good story why he wanted the house to be rented that he was sent by WHO to Asia and will be away for 4-5 yrs and his agent was asking for too expensive fees. He seemed convincing until he will ask for your personal info and when you talk to him he has a thick accent, speaks broken English not what you would expect people living in an upscale place. All he cared was the money emailing/texting even at midnight. Does not seem to respect your time even when you're working.  He was asking for downpayment to be wired through MoneyGram/WesternUnion. I made my research, verified with the real agent of the house that this guy claimed was his and found out that the house is not even for rent.
