Got a scam call from this number claiming to be for medical compensation. They always have the wrong name, ignore what you say, and have an Indian sounding accent. These same people have called me from a variety of numbers over the past 2 months.
I received a call from this number as well. They claimed to be calling about medical compensation and how I was eligible. They said I had taken something which is why I was eligible, and when I responded, "I don't remember", they said "oh, don't you have this?". So immediately I knew this was spam. I tried to find out from them how they received my number but the guy hung up with me. He also had an Indian sounding accent. Remember, all medical information is confidential, so if they start "probing" you, you know the call is fake.
Indians calling all the time . always a scam. Someone needs to take care of this, but theres not much to do except ignore it and recognize the scammers.
