I used the info you posted for my daughter these jokers were trying to "collect" a debt that has already been fixed by my daughter...and is in good standing again...thank you for diving a damn about people
Got 2 calls from this number today. They left no message. Called it back. 1st try said number did not go through. 2nd time it connected me to 1st National Collections. A junk debt collector according to the internet. Not a good reputation at all!
Got a call from this number today. They are First National Collections. They said they were calling about my Capitol One Account from 2004. I have never had a Capitol One account ever! They said it was opened in PA., which I have never even been too. I told them it was a mistake, the lady was hateful. I informed her I live in Alabama and could provide proof that I was infact here in AL in 04. When she continued to argue with me I proceeded to tell her that I work for a law firm that does collection work and I know that the statute of limitations for collecting this debt is up anyhow, even though it it not mine. She said she would make a notation that I was disupting it because the SOL was up (like that was the only reason I was disputing it). I am going to check my redit report to make sure no more fraudulent activity is not on there, and make sure this is not showing on their either
