I used the info you posted for my daughter these jokers were trying to "collect" a debt that has already been fixed by my daughter...and is in good standing again...thank you for diving a damn about people
I keep getting these calls with no one speaking to me, I have had calls for Phillip and Myra for a year and counting that I have had this number, I have no knowledge of them and it is getting down right irritating to be harassed several times a day when I have clearly stated that they are not at this number and it is mine.
I have been received these same phone calls too. They NEVE leave a message, they call me constantly, it's a call from Calera, AL but no one states there business. I am a victim of identity theft and I am STRUGGLING trying to get this matter handled. Lamet thank you for your tips and advice. If there is anyone else who can assist me on this matter your opinions are welcomed.
I also received a call, not for me, but for my daughter whose name has been changed for over 5 years. I pushed button number 1 and waited to see who, what, etc. I was asked to whom I wished to speak..."you called me", what number did we call? "don't you know?" "who are you" a debt collector..."for whom" you should know or is it your policy to ignore your debts? "What company did you say the debt is from?"...I am not required to tell you....."BYE BYE" what a crock...and rude did not come close to describing this young female.
