They just called my cell. I answered and there was nobody on the other line.

Got one, it is a telemarketer from a survey company offering cruise tickets for answers.
Did not answer any questions, the line dropped.

just called me it was a cruise request i was almost done wif the survey and droped the phone it hung up.... called back and nothing some verison... a guy did anwser after the survey tho DANG IT I NEEED A CRUISE

A search shows the 206 number is based in Washington. If it's your cell phone, save the number to your contacts, then go to your phones' options and tell it to send the call directly to voicemail. This will keep your phone from ringing. As it does not leave messages the annoyance will go away. Though it does not get you off their list. You may get another call months later the same way, but just add that number to your telemarketer contact the same way.
