I have been receiving calls from this number the past 3 days and I always ignore it. I wish cell phones could block numbers the way that the land line did. They based to invent a device that tracks these annoying calls and transmit a signal to them that blows up their handset or something!!!

They do, depending on your cell phone provider and what options you have. Rogers, in Ontario, has Call Manager - a web feature you can block numbers.
This morning I received a call from 206-200-4646 and because it's my business phone, I have to answer it. As soon as I picked up the phone and announced the company name, they hung up. I blocked the number in Call Manager.
Something tells me it's one of those "your computer is infected" scams they try to pull and once they found out we were a computer outfit, they hung up. :D ha ha. Anyway, good luck and call your phone provider to find out if they have a similar feature as Call Manager.
