Got a call from Inspector Cassidy saying a family member had stolen a car from Enterprise rent a car and not paid on it. If pulled over would be at gun point for grand theft auto. Also said was doing drugs and that her boyfriend was very bad news. Said that got my info from Facebook.
This number called my elderly Mom and left a message that she was a Detective Cassidy and needed to talk to her about a case number 15-25464 in regards to a women my Mom does not know. Detective Cassidy left the number 206 204-9764. We contacted different police agencies in Seattle, Washington and they were sure it is a scam, probably to get money! Please beware of this one!
"Inspector Cassidy" just left me a voice mail claiming a "serious matter" involving myself and my adult daughter. Funny how we don't have "inspectors" in America, as far as law enforcement goes. I will not be returning her call.
