This guy left me two recorded messages stating they were the IRS. I called them back and told him to immediately take me off their list and they are not the IRS. He asked me how old I was because I had a sexy voice. Who are these people? What a joke. Do not fall for this, people!
Got a call claiming they were from the IRS. I'm not a idiot and knew right away they were scammers. The guy had an Indian accent and tried to get me to state my name (which he was calling for my mother so I wouldn't do that anyway). Don't fall for this. If they were truly the IRS, we would have gotten a letter FIRST saying that they were auditing us. I couldn't even call back the number. So, like I said, obviously a scam.
Got a call from this number, ignored it. They left a voicemail, claiming to be from the IRS, but it was a voice-modulation program reading a script instead of an actual person.
Just received a call from this number said his name is Peter Martin (spoke with a heavy accent from India probably) calling from the Internal Revenue Service and that I am going to be served in one hour that I need to pay the court house and I began to laugh he was getting angry. I told him the IRS doesn't make any calls to people and that they have already been on the news about this fraudulent call. He claimed this is for real he was not joking I said okay give me a number I will call you back and I will get the FBI and the IRS on the phone with us to fix the problem. He raised his voice and I just hung up. This is all scammers do not give any information or verify anything.
