These idiots left a message that they were the IRS and I was going to be sued and I needed to call them back at this number. The IRS does not call anyone! If there's a problem with your taxes they will notify you by mail.
I was awoken by a call at 7:41 a.m.today,10 August 2016. It was a prerecorded greeting which stated that "the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you" and gave a number to call. The number given was the same number the call came from. I called back right away and the person who answered said it was the "Taxes and (?) Department of the IRS". Since this department didn't make sense I asked him to repeat the name of the department and he hung up on me. He had a heavy Indian accent. I called back 6 more times and each time it said to leave a message and then that the mailbox was full. I called one more time and got a fast busy signal. Obviously a SCAM.
well they called me on 8-5-16-- I told this man Well I am from the FBI and I just traced his phone call and will be picking him up in 30 min. for a major phone scam. He hung up on me, bet he want call me back. LOL
Got a call on my cell phone from (206) 238-0073, they left a message that they were IRS. The usual IRS scam. I'm so sick and tired of these sorry, low life thieves!! They need to get off of their lazy *sses and get a real job to make a honest living!! We can't get away from these harassing phone calls...we get them on our home phone and our cell phones.
