I just got the same call just know. That is am being under investigation by the Irs and there's a law suit. As far as I know the real it's does not leave messages like that. They always send letters through out the mail. Thas if only if you own them money. This is a scam.
Unless your the head of a crime family or a Mafia Don the IRS are not watching your house. If you owe money to the revenue service the will send a letter in the mail with full details. They will only call you if you have agreed for them to do so. They do not threaten you over the phone. This is a scam. Take time to read some of the other entries ,under different numbers, on this site to see how widespread this fraud is.
