Who called from 2063090328

An email claiming to be Mark Hughes with Control Supplies lists this phone number as his call-back number.  The email is for 173 units of Sony DVCAM tape and is a fraud.

I got an email about this as well with that phone number.  I responded with a dollar amount and got back credit card info.  I'm wondering what kind of fraud gives you the credit card numbers.  Seems kind of backwards to me.
