An email claiming to be Mark Hughes with Control Supplies lists this phone number as his call-back number. The email is for 173 units of Sony DVCAM tape and is a fraud.
Probably the deal will be that the cards will fail, then they will offer you a cashiers check which will be over the amount, so you can send some money their their "agent". The check will be fake, and you will be out the money you sent off. The CC info was sent to make gain your confidence. That's my guess...
This is totally a scam. A credit card is a non-secured method of payment. Even IF the cards are approved for payment (which they can be if your security thresholds are low and you're just going on the card number), later the cards will be found to be stolen, and you will get a chargeback. If they send you a check, the check will be no good. I don't know how these guys can exist without being found out. This guy has been doing this for months at the same phone number and email address. BOTTOM LINE... never take a credit card as payment unless you know the party with whom you are dealing-- especially with higher priced items that have a real, hard cost to you or your business.

I also got an email from a Mark Hughes from Control Systems in Seattle, WA. wanting a quote to order 20 expensive Motorola portable radios. He said he will pay with MC/Visa. Seems like a scam also
