this foreign guy called stating that he is calling from an attorney office, and they have a lawsuit with my name and social security number, and I need to call back either me or my Attorney. I did call back if they are trully a attorney office would they have not answerd the phone with the attorney name, etc. He also stated that if I do not call back he wishes me luck in the future
I also just received a message form a foreign guy stating that he has a very important matter to discuss with me or my attorney of record and that this matter was very time sensitive and if he did not hear from my me or my attorney all he could do is wish me good luck.... This is a scam call the local police department right away.
Just called me again. Said his name was Dennis Moore and was with the Internet Crime Complaint Company (IC3)... I gave him the number to my local police department to call and I have also contacted them as well
