This telephone number is associated with the following "internet marketing company"
Waka Networks
2307 S. Mount Prospect Road
Des Plains, IL 60018
they also have an office in Cyprus.
The Seattle phone number, the 206 area code number is either a call center in Seattle or a number purchased from the Seattle area, but the actual call center is in IL.
Their supposed customer service phone number is 1-877-332-1490
but don't bother calling, because you'll hear a prerecorded message that tells you how important your call is, and that you're caller #6 with a 50-second wait time. Then it's caller #5 with a 15 second wait time. Then it's caller #4 and when you finally get to be caller #1, you'll hear a rather rude pre-recorded "goodbye" and you'll have sat there for 5 minutes.
The companys servers are as follows
ns1.cssolutionsinc.biz internet address = 204.9.243.69
ns2.cssolutionsinc.biz internet address = 204.9.243.69
So this machine functions as a DNS nameserver, probably re-routing name requests to another location to try to foil attacks.
also, 204-9-243-168.cssolutionsinc.biz. is referenced
the nameservers may also be aliased as NS1.wakanetowrk.com and NS2.wakanetwork.com with the IP address of 204.9.243.168
so "waka network" and "cs solutions" are hosted on the same servers, and are almost certainly the same company.
Here's the other end of what the company does....provide e-mail services, and also probably "e-mail marketing" otherwise know as mass spamming of e-mail addresses. This is their "contact phone number" 1-877-544-9112 but again, don't bother calling, there's a machine which picks up calls, there's no human being at the other end.

In other words, this company has gone to great lengths to hide who they are... a wise decision because they anger a LOT of people.
