Credit Service and Concerned Woman are deceitful and you CAN and should utilize your RIGHTS

REPORT THIS -"Fair Debt Collection Practices Act", they cannot even call you once you tell them not to.  This bogus company is trying to re-use old debts to collect on - they ise your number in a robo call getting you to call back to verify your caller ID matches wha tthey have and move along to the next number phase. The statue of militations is over 7 years and they are trying to 'use' your old credit info to get you harassed into just paying a 'portion' to get tehm to settle and stop calling you!!
REPORT THESE NUMBERS  consistantly- its going to take an over abundance of unhappy people to get these swinders off our backs.

Called 5 November 2009.  My number is on the "Do Not Call" list.  They hung up on me when I tried to find out about the company.

Got a call feom this number and I just hung up qhwn I saw the caller ID from Credit services.

If they call back again I will tell them I am on do not vall list.

Called on 11/7/09. Got a recorded message saying "Hello this is Heather. I'm calling about your account...(offer to lower credit card interest rates).

I spoke with an operator who said that she was speaking from "VISA & MasterCard Services" and that her company represented all the major bank cards. Bank of America and Chase were mentioned.

I continued to keep her on the line hoping to get more information about the company. I received another call from "Credit Services" last month and reported it to both VISA and my bank card company.

When I informed the operator that I was on the Do Not Call List and had already complained to VISA, she was very argumentative.

Report this phone phishing/telemarketing scam to the FCC, VISA and your credit card company until they stop!
