These people are criminals. They use your phone, for which you pay, for their own gain. The calls are pure harassement. Credit card services?? As if the country doesn't have enough problems without them lining their pockets more and using your paid phone to do it! Criminals, every last one of them. Let them know how dispised they are. Run them out of town. Hit them where it hurts ... in their pocket books. Complain and sue whenever possible. They should be in jail like all other evil criminals.
