Threatening phone calls about a payday loan debt from 2011 that was paid on due date. Had my social security number, old address and old employer. TOTAL SCAM. These people call me everyday from a different number and even call my family members. Threaten garnished wages and a court date and also tell me I have waived my right to an attorney. I block thier numbers everyday and then they call back with another number very similiar to the previous calls. I have 19 different phone numbers over the course of 2 months.

The sentence consisting of garnished wages, court date, & waiving rights is pure nonsense. That is all scare tactics (and illegal). Nothing in writing - MAILED - equals nothing. 19 different phone numbers says a lot about the caller.
