Who called from 2064456943

I've been getting calls for over a week.  They just woke my baby up from a nap which is the surest way to incur the wrath of an exhausted mother.

twice around 10pm they do not talk??

So how can we stop them?!!

I think when you call it back.. you are only confirming that they reached a real phone number..
as there is no other option than to be 'put on their do not call list'

They call 3-4 times a week, but there is no answer when I pick up the phone.
Caller ID says "HEALTHCARE".
There are at least a couple different numbers that this comes from:
206 445 6943
206 445 6580

This number calls and no one is there. We are registered with do not call!
