I keep getting phone calls that come up on my caller ID as 206 445-6546 with the name LIBORGDOTCOM. If the phone is answered, a ring starts as if I made a phone call to a phone number. I hung up. So, now when it comes up on my caller ID, I don't answer it, but I am afraid that if my answering machine picks up that it might start the dialing thing and I might get charged for a bogus phone call that I did not make. This is an invasion of my privacy and I am being intimidated by harassing phone calls that I did not solicit. There has to be some sort of legal recourse for this type of phone harassment.
