Lol! Same thing. I rec'd a VM saying the 'local cops' were coming to get me. Oooooh! I'm scared.
Upset too, because you know naive people get scared and hand over their information. So sad.
Yeah I got one of these calls yesterday and one today. I decided to call it back today and of course I did not give them any information. In fact when they wanted me to verify my name I told them well you called me. I also told them that I had contacted the local cops and the irs. They hung up. I called them back and asked again why they were calling they hung up. So I called for a third time and they told me the federal marshalls would be to my house in an hour because I did not want to give them my information. So I sit here waiting for the Feds to show up...lol wonder how long I will be waiting. I wonder if they liked being bugged over and over.
