It is a IRS scam out of India. The number is spoofed. It I.D.'s out of Washington,not Washington D.C. If you do return the call as it the voice message instructs you to,ask for their enrolled IRS Agent badge number and their name. Normally they will hang up. But some of them are catching on to this and giving phony numbers and names. Then go to the website [email protected]
