recording to call this number. They said the IRS was getting ready to sue me'

Recd a message and a second call from this number saying that the IRS is going to sue me.

Same as others, stating they were from the IRS and going to sue me if I did not respond.  SCAM alert !!!! The IRS does not just call you out of the blue, you would have received notification by mail.

This number claims to be the IRS wanting to talk as we are under investigation. The IRS does not make phone calls to residences. Their communication is through US mail.
