I get the same thing. They called my cell phone 14 times the other day. When I answer they ask for Michelle. Even the text messages I get are addressed to Michelle sometimes. I tell them they have to wrong number and they just hang up and call back 5-10 mins later. I block the numbers on my phone buy they just call from different number. Its so annoying.
I received a text message wanting me to call this number for payday loan help.. I have never had or inquired about a payday loan at anytime. the messages will say to send STOP to cancel these messages, sometimes that works and other times it seems to only validate to them its a good number then the calls start pouring in.

Yeah, same experience here. They have been sending me text messages and calling me ALL DAY LONG trying to get my to take out a loan!!!! They started a little before midnight last night, and they always ask for "Misty", which I know is the person's name who had my phone number before I did, because I've gotten calls from people looking for her long before this situation occurred. If anyone knows anything about how to stop this, please tell me. I've sent "STOP" a few times in reply to the text message and have asked every person I've spoken with on the phone to remove me from their calling list, but they don't.....and they don't care. I have yet to speak to someone on the phone who speaks English as their first language (not that I need to get into how annoying this is, but we ALL KNOW IT IS!!!!). I know they understand me, but they sure pull the "huh....what....huh??" when I ask them to stop calling. My boss just gave me a great idea (taken from the GREAT DAVE RAMSEY): tell them the next time they call they will be greeted with a bullhorn.....and then follow thru on it (as they will call back!!). If they value their hearing then maybe they will pass along this information to someone who is capable of removing my number from their database. Stupid f-in' morons. Go to school....get a real job....and leave the telemarketing to the child molesters and immigrants who can't get a real job. OH, WAIT....WE ARE ALREADY AT THAT POINT. And, now back to work.

This was one of three payday loan texts I rec'd within 12 hours on 04/04/2013. All had different messages, but all were urging me to call or go online to claim my money. I've never applied (or even inquired about) for a payday loan and don't give out my cell phone number so I don't know how these vultures found me! I ignored the messages, but it's annoying! No company identifier was provided by any of the calls, though the call from this number (702-337-9067) said to call 206-455-6277 or go online to: bit.ly/wwc5pn
Ive been contacted by this number as well. I've been called earlier today from an unknown number and when I answered they asked for "Gerr" They hung up when I went on a tirade about not sounding like anyone named Ger.
