I called back the number they told me; there was a man that answered this time asking for the Grant ID they provided earlier, and had my name already. They said I would have to deposit $250 first as registration in order to receive the $9,200 so that my "state department doesn't view it as illegal." I asked why can't they just send me the check, and then provide instructions on registration. He said they can't do that, I have to pay first.. so I said not interested. He said okay thank you for your time. I guess at least he was polite about it. ha.
Same thing happened to me! When I called I gave them the number and he was quick to tell me that I wasn't on there and he hung up on me. So I called back and gave them hell. He told me if I thought it was a scam to hang up and to not call. Then I told him that the number is the same one and he laughed and sad no. Ummm pretty sure it is. Can we report this?
Received the same call just now for the same amount of money, $9,200.. thought this was an odd amount. Now even more odd that this same exact dollar amount was quoted to everyone else called. They had my mailing address which I am confused about. I wonder where they found our numbers/names/addresses; aka who did they hack?

Same call today how funny because Marcus stated he was calling feom US Treasury Health and Human Services Department Better Business Bureau....lol 3 complete different entities that do not work together
same info as above but amount $9002. marcus paul x107 caller very polite foreigner, clling from US TREASURY OF HEALTH & hUMAN SERVICES. using obamas name and saying he signed a amrican recovery act of 2009 in dec 2016. givesu grant id numer to call back
