It would seem that who ever it is has decide to spread their wings. I am in the United Kingdom and I got a call from this number at 10.56 am this morning. My answer machine cut in and recorded the sound of an office, but no person leaving a message.

We are in Canada and have been getting calls from these [***] for quite awhile now. Same M.O. - they don't leave messages. Not sure how to stop them as this is getting really annoying.
This is my firm's number. We've been inundated with calls mostly from Canada, but a few from New York and the U.K., from people wanting to know why we've called them. The callers report calls that concern alleged car warranties, home mortgages, threats of legal action, and requests by a "pastor" for charitable contributions. Our receptionist has been overwhelmed by them so we've blocked most of the area codes in Canada from calling. Our practice solely concerns Washington state workers' compensation claims -- we represent injured workers. It looks like we will have to get rid of this number since it has been used in the past as a cover for a scam or other illegal telemarketing.
