The caller claimed to be an officer for the IRS. He left message demanding a call back , for he claims that a delinquent account with IRS is over due and police action is eminent.

The caller has a non English accent with possible East Indian or Pakistan for as hard as he tried to sound authoritarian and English , it is funny to listen to his scripted message.

It is a scam , trying to scare people.
