A case filled on my name as a Criminal culprit, and asking to call me or my attorney. Although they couldn't mentioned my name or any details of case. and they told me to call back to avoid any serious problem.

just received a call from this number stating I had four criminal cases pending against me and I needed to call them back which obviously I won't definite Middle Eastern accent
It's a scam. They will ask you pay some amount in thousands and will say you have 4 criminal cases by not filling a form during your tax file for the past 2-3 years. If you disconnect, then you will get a call from 911. It's is also scam. They will say it is in conference with police dept. please avoid these scam calls.
i received the call same way that I didn't pay my taxes for last 3 yrs. I went to H&R Block so i don't think that missed any forms. he didn't even let me hang up the call saying they will issue a warrant if i hang up the call and call the lawyer. he is middle eastern too. he had my phone number and address and ip address from 2-3 yrs back. he told me everything is being recorded so i asked him, " aren't you suppose to tell me that this call is being recorded from the beginning?" he just replied yes its being recorded so i don't think he knows what is he talking about. im trying to find a number where i can complain this number. if anyone knows plz let me know thank you.
