Who called from 2064960417

I get a call from “Card Member Services” or “Card Holder Services” about every other week.  I report it to DNC but I think those people are too busy playing Farmville on Facebook to really do anything.  One time I got the call when I was driving by myself so I had the opportunity to scream random nonsense profanity at the caller.  I noticed that after this I started getting the calls every day.  When they called me today I told the operator that I’m glad she called and her timing was perfect, “because I'm holding a gun to my head and I’m going to kill myself.”  She just hung up on me, and I didn’t kill myself.

I have gotten several calls from this # 206-496-0417.  My phone numbers are registered on the Do Not Call List....
