Who called from 2064960417

This is from "card services" - another annoying call.  Report ALL of them!

calling on my cell - - even though it's on the do not call registry!

I got a call at 11:10 AM this morning (which is actually 8:10 AM on my cell phone as my area code is from the western US) from this number. I answered it and it was a recording from "Cardholder Services" informing me that there 'was nothing wrong' with my cards but they could lower my interest rates and I should press 1 to speak with an operator. I pressed one and an operator came on immediately. I asked if I could be removed from their list as my cell phone number is listed on the national Do Not Call list and was immediately hung up on.
