Called but did not leave message- Dang spammers!

some one keep calling my # and they do not level a message, and the may have the wrogh # at that,

I am 1 year old. Please don't call my number.

Yep, today. Didn't answer, but called back after googling the number and seeing this thread. Same dental insurance message. Didn't press any buttons because I don't want a button push to have a second, hidden action like putting you on the call back list or something.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.
