After 3 days of calling during the dinner hour I told them to cease and desist or I would report them to the Election Commission of Kings County. It's legal to conduct surveys or charitable fund raising, but not legal to harass after being told twice to stop calling.

My opinion is that surveyors, beggars, politicians, etc. should NOT EVER be allowed to call cell phones and should not be exempt for any excuse from the DNC list!
