I hear you!! Just got our millionth call this month. When I press to speak to a rep, they hang up as soon as you tell them to take you off the list. How on earth do you stop jerks like this from harrassing you? We are on the NDNC list, but can't even complain if you don't know who is calling you!
These [***] are constantly calling threatening that "this is my last chance to stop adverse action on my credit card". They have been asked several times to stop calling and continue. They ask, did you know that your credit is at risk? I asked by "you", whom do you mean?" They paused, checked with their criminal supervisor and hung up. This is complete [***]. My number has been on the DNC for years. My credit is perfect. The caller id for the incoming robo-call says: "Financial Center".

I get a call from Credit Card Services every couple of days. Same recording, same voice, different phone number each time. They are always rude when you hang on to request a stop to the phone calls. One time the man said he would call me every day for the rest of my life so I had better get used to it. They do not worry about the consequences. I have never gotten a call from the same number twice, but it is definitely the same people.
when places like that call and whant to talk to me, Itell them that he passed away 4 months ago. and to take himoff the calling list , and guess what . They never call me again.it works for me. only one asked who I was and I told them I was a neighbor, just taking of the house.
Stern, urgent recorded female voice claiming to be from Cardmember Services threatened to cancel my credit card due to lack of response to many previous messages. I hung up.
