With modern technology, you can make your phone call say it is from any number you want and it is legal because congress does not want to make it illegal because big business wants to be able to do it if they need to, so every scum sucking leach telemarketing company is also doing it now to keep from getting caught while they annoy the crap out of us trying to get us to fall for their scams.
