THIS IS A SCAM THEY ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO GET LOWER RATES. THAT'S WHEN THEY START CHARGING ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND OPEN UP ACCOUNTS IN YOUR NAME DON'T GIVE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE
Ditto "lower credit card rates and Final Notice. Press 1 for info, but then hangs up immediately, no chance given to opt out or do anything but be harassed. Do Not Call List Violation.
I get calls from a "card service" about lowering my interest on my credit card...it starts out as a robo call, but if you press 1 a real person comes on the line...after i ask them their name and who they represented they hung up fast!!
