Don't like unwanted calls on my cell.  DO NOT CALL list means what???  Apparently nothing

just got a call on my cell-live in Texas-did not answer, as i do not answer #'s that i do not know.
i am also on the "do not call list"

National Do Not Call Registry does not work, keep getting calls from these 'unrecognized' numbers.

Keep getting calls.  I'm on Do Not Call list.  Annoying.

Got a call from htis numer on our cell phone (which is also on do not call list). Hung when they said something about a survey. If this is from a politician I sure would never vote for anyone who has no ethics. Using up our limited cell phone minutes.
