Who called from 2064960951

I'm on the no call list so why am I getting these calls?

Got a call from this number this a.m.   They would not leave a message.  The I.D.  said PACIFICTEL.   I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE NO CALL LIST NUMBERS.  

FOR EVERYONES INFO:   I REPORTED ADT OVER AND OVER TO THE DO NOT CALL PEOPLE AND LEFT THEM MESSAGES REGARDING THESE CALLS AND GUESS WHAT:::::::::::::THEY STOPPED.

Do you feel better now that you reported them OVER AND OVER AGAIN?

Just received a call from this line and they hung up when I answered.

Got a hang up from this number to my work number.
