Who called from 2064960951

I'm in the Midwest and received a call today on my home landline. Caller ID said PACIFICTEL and the phone number 206-496-0951. I didn't answer, but an automated message was left on my voicemail indicating that I could win a cruise by answering a survey. I received the exact same message from a different PACIFICTEL number a couple of weeks ago, but call-blocked it on my phone. Have now blocked the 2nd number.

I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  These calls need to stop NOW!!!!!!  Please advise them to knock it off!!!!!  Thank you.

I live in texas also. No one answerd so i cursed them out and hung up. Im tired of these calls, next time il file a harassment charge.

Just got my first call , left no message I guess i can expect # 2 any time now. Thanks to all of you above I know what to do, hang up
