You have the address above and also contact Do Not Call List and FCC.

Also file a private or class action a suite for non-compliance with Do Not Call and FCC regulations.

This survey/cruise scam has been exposed by the attorneys general in many states.  Political Opinions of America is one of several alias names behind a scam to sell bogus cruises on a long ago decommissioned ships.   They are criminals and thieves; do not bite.  Do an internet search for political survey/cruise scams; many news organizations and state governments are warning against responding to these calls. They have also used the following numbers 360-474-3925, 360-474-3921, 360-529-6963, 360-529-6924, 971-208-9955 and 971-208-9956 in the past few weeks.
