KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID (KISS)... my phone rings twice and then automatically goes to my answering machine... if you want to talk to me, you have to tell my machine who you are... and then I might pick up... legitimate callers will talk to my answering machine... all others are simply ignored... this is a new bunch of idiots that just started calling me but I find that after a few months, they tend to write your number off as a waste of time... it just takes time for them to get the message...
I noticed that two of my recent spam phone calls came from the same region (Seattle, Wash. and Beaverton, Ore.) Isn't that the area where Microsoft headquarters operates? Curious!
Got call - didn't answer. Caller ID just said Seattle WA - I've had other calls with that CID, but different numbers.
The one thing I like about TWC is that I can block up to 30 numbers at a time (and all with-held numbers). This number has been added to my block list.
