I just added this number to my call blocker. MR. NUMBER is a free app that is available for to filter, identify, and block unwanted and unknown calls. You can set the blocked number to go straight to voice mail or you can set it to immediately pick up and hang up. When I use this setting it rings for a nano second and then it disconnects. I advise everyone to use this app or one similar. Life shouldn't be frustrating.
