Who called from 2064960969

I have the great little app for Android called MyCallBot, that ID's most "irritant" callers like this one.  Thanks to MyCallBot, I haven't answered a call from them in months.  Today, though, they called my Google Voice number (which is routed to my cell).  AND they left a message.  20 seconds of dead air, then a young woman speaking perfect English who asked for me, like I was her friend, and I had pocket dialed her.  Really bizarre.

I have  recieved a couple of calls from this number and wish to be taken off there contact list'.

Keeps calling

this number has been on my phone before! I was home today and answered - dead air?????
