Called our company asking for Frank , sorry no one here with that name. Caller said she was the Collin Co. Sheriff Dept comfirming Frank's address to serve him papers. I know my local Sheriff's dept phone number and its not in area code Washington state.

Got a voicemail on my phone saying that they needed to confirm an address to serve legal documents. Now '206' is a Seattle area code, but Collin County doesn't exist in Washington State. Can we say spammer? When I called the number back, it said "The Magic Jack user you are trying to reach is unavailable.." and I hung up. Collin County is in Texas..doubt this is anything for us. If it is legit, probably some convict gave them my number as a contact (since they're so truthful and trustworthy.)

I'm in area code 415. it sounded like the caller either had a bad phone connection or was calling from a construction site (lots of background noise). Thanks to this site, I'm not calling him back.
This is an abusive scammer. Don't give your personal info! They'll pretend to be trying to serve you or someone you know with a court order, in order to scare you. It's totally bogus!!!
