Called our company asking for Frank , sorry no one here with that name. Caller said she was the Collin Co. Sheriff Dept comfirming Frank's address to serve him papers. I know my local Sheriff's dept phone number and its not in area code Washington state.
got this number calling twice my husband phone number . said something about needing to call the number to hear the important legal announcements and if i dont then forfeit the rights to hear them . whatttt r u serious . this is crazy
harassing phone call. called to speak to an individual that i don't know about serving court papers. has been calling my phone for the last month. also uses phone number 614-525-1961 as well as received a call with 15c#c as the caller id. i didnt pick up and they left a message with phone number 855-258-0583 which is Amero Acquisition Partners. this company is a nuisance and keeps calling my cell using different Magic Jack numbers that are untraceable or that just give you the location of the caller. they are a debt collector, i dont owe ANYTHING to ANYONE!! So they better get their s*!@ together.
These guys (206-497-4116) have been threatening my mother - 71 years old - with legal action. Unfortunately, they got me instead, and I explained they I understand they are running a scam and to please come to my door and serve me papers which of course they never will. They are stubborn though. I would submit a complaint but our wonderful gov isn't running at the moment. Next time these call you, make fun of them in your conversation with them, they will eventually give up.
