Paul Anderson claiming to be an officer with the DEA wanting to talk to the owner of our company. I said he wasn't here could I take a message, he again, (with a foreign accent) gave me his name as officer Paul Anderson, I said you are a lier, and he said I am? and I said yes and hung up. I've gotten many of these types of calls before and they are all scams
I just got this call today. This guy said he is Special Agent Daniel Hanley of the DEA. Same story as above. It is pretty scary. I happen to have a lawyer friend who has contacts at the DEA, and the DEA confirmed that this is a scam. They can't trace the number because it is through an ISB modem. They think the scam is being run out of Jamaica, although I saw an article online that suggested the DR.
I got a call the other day. Second time this happened. Jamie Bush. I said, "Hey - you tried to scam me before, why aren't you locked up?" He laughed and became belligerent. MY QUESTION IS.....WHY aren't these people behind bars? I just did a look up on the dumber 206-497-5936....If I can find their exact location, why can't the DEA or the FBI or even the local police?????
I rec'd a call today from this number at 206-497-5936 stating it was Agent Jamie Bush with the DEA wanting a call back regarding a special investigation. I called them back and received a voice mail to leave a message. Then around 15 minutes later I rec'd another call from the same number and this person's name was Frank. I told him he needs to NEVER call me again, I know that this is a scam and I have already contacted the police. He hung up instantly. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
I just got a call from this same number telling me she was Jamie Bush from DEA also.... it sounded so scarry, she left it on my voicemail and I'm glad I googled it....I won't be calling her back! Thanks guys!
