Don't let it bother you. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize. They hit you once, they sure going to try to hit you again. They pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. They are looking for vulnerable people. DO NOT RETURN THE CALLS.
This is the THIRD number I have blocked from 206-***-**** and EVERY ONE if the voicemails left is the SAME message from the SAME person each call is from 206 with the next 7 different each time. I am getting sick and tired of him calling my cell phone all the time. How can I stop this? My blocked call list is going to be full of these 206 numbers!
Many call blockers allow entire area codes to be blocked. Read your blocker's documentation to see if you can use that function. Then, if you know nobody in area code 206, block the entire area code.
Left a voice mail claiming to be Officer David Cooper from the IRS. "If I don't hear from you or your attorney I can only wish you good luck as this situation unfolds upon you". LOL!
